Conference Call Company

My work computer syncs with our company’s server. The server’s time is set about 7 minutes fast (the principal of the firm wants it this way), which ultimately sets my computer’s clock about 7 minutes fast. I keep changing my computer’s clock to the correct time, but it quickly changes back. This absolutely drives me nuts because I’m always dialing into conference calls 7 minutes too early, etc. How can I stop it from syncing with the server?

Via conference call I was demoted in front of other people for unfounded reasons. This was very degrading and embarressing. My replacement who was also on the conference call, said that the Field Manager had told her that he would be there in person . However it was done via conference call, with my replacement there with me, and another manager, that knew ahead of time.
